We are at Bullhead City Public Library using the internet. The majestic Colorado River separates Laughlin,Nevada from Bullhead City,Arizona with a one hour time change. Temperatures are around 20 Deg. C or high 60'sF. Sunny,a bit windy but no snow!!!
The prime rib dinner $7.00 and the Elvis impersonator $28.oo was very good on the 6th. The next evening we went to the movie" It's Complicated" senior price $6.50. Good comedy. Ralph lost our cell phone in the Casino but recovered it the next day at Lost and Found. Thank goodness!!
We went for a drive out on the Mohave Desert and stopped at the Avi hotel and casino. Beautiful hotel with a beach off the Colorado River.Marie won $58.00 on the slots and Ralph $5.00. We enjoyed a 99 cent breakfast. We stopped in Bullhead City at Target and a Super Walmart.
The Street Rod Car Show with hundreds of vintage cars is in the Riverside parking lot. Where we are parked, we have a front row seat. We plan to stay here a couple of more days and then head for Lake Havasu and Buckskin State park.

ReplyDeleteWe're very glad to hear you've arrived safe and sound. We know a little about those winter driving conditions and were a bit concerned for you. The prices you quote on the other hand are quite foreign to us, and must be a welcome reprieve.
